Shipping is the charge for order processing, packaging, transport, and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at time of order.

In order to receive Next Day or Next Day Saturday delivery, orders must be placed before 3 PM Pacific, Monday through Friday.

We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, items purchased on for return or exchange within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. All swimwear must be in new and in unused condition with sanitary strips in place.

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours. NOTE: A $9 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Policy

Full priced items (with the exception of Beauty items) are eligible for return or exchange. Products must be unworn and in the original condition and packaging. Please review “non-refundable” and “exchange only” items below. 

Non-refundable Items - Items not eligible for refund and will be denied. 

  • Items being returned after 7 days of receipt of delivery.

  • Bags, Hats, Jewelry, and Beauty items.

  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, and/or stains.

  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

Exchange Only Items - These items are eligible for SIZE OR COLOR EXCHANGE ONLY. 

  • Sale items.

  • Items purchased with a discount code.

  • Items marked “FINAL SALE”.

  • Shoes and Resort Clothing.
