- How can I reach Customer Service?
Customer Service can be reached by phone Monday - Friday from 9am to 9pm PST at (866) 843-2454. You can also email customerservice@bikini.com and we will reply to you ASAP. For returns and exchanges, you can visit our Returns Center at returns.bikini.com at any time.


- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal. 


- Do you price match?
Bikini.com will match an online competitor's non-clearance price within 7 days of your purchase, subject to the following restrictions:

  • We will match clearance prices only at our discretion.

  • A clearance price is considered 30% or more off the original price.

  • If an item is not in stock at another store, we are unable to match the price. Items must be in the same color and size as what is listed on Bikini.com.

  • We are unable to price match stores that do not list or answer a contact phone number, do not list a business address or that list nearly all items as discontinued.

  • There may be exclusions to price matching on new arrivals and best sellers.

  • A limited number of vendors including, but not limited to, Acacia Swimwear, Frankies Bikinis, Boys And Arrows, etc. place additional restrictions on our ability to price match in-season merchandise. When price matching items for these brands, please call customer service at 1.866.843.2454 before ordering to see if we are able to price match your specific product.

  • We are unable to price match on wholesale quantities, (three or more of the same product).

  • We are unable to match prices from auction and outlet stores or websites.

  • We are unable to match other retailers' shipping offers or gift card offers. 


     

- What is your return/exchange policy?
Requests for return shipping labels, for either a return or an exchange, can be made within 7 days of the date of delivery. Once your returned item(s) has been received in new, unused condition we will issue a refund, minus any shipping charges, or ship the exchanged item(s) requested to you. Please visit our Returns Center at returns.bikini.com for all   U. S. returns and exchanges. For international returns and exchanges, please email us at customerservice@bikini.com and a team member will assist you.


- Why do some items end in .97 cents? 

All items that end in .97 cents are final sale and are unable to be returned. You may still exchange unworn pieces that are in the original condition and packaging for another size or color by contacting us within 7 days of the date of delivery. 


- I see that some items say final sale. What does that mean?

All sale items are indicated by a red "Final Sale" label next to the price on the product page. These are unable to be returned. You may still exchange unworn pieces that are in the original condition and packaging for another size or color by contacting us within 7 days of the date of delivery. 


- Do you have a rewards program?

Bikini Society Rewards is Bikini.com's loyalty rewards program. Bikini Society Rewards allows you to earn points for shopping, sharing and visiting Bikini.com; once you have enough points, you can redeem them for a discount on your purchase! You can create a rewards account simply by clicking the Log In or Sign Up button at the top left of any page. 


- Do my Bikini Society Rewards points expire?

Yes, Bikini Society Rewards points do expire. Points expire one year after your last purchase date (just make one purchase each year to make sure you don't lose your point balance!). 


 

- I received an item from your shop as a gift. How can I exchange it?
You can return or exchange your gift in our Returns Center at returns.bikini.com. If you are an International (non-U.S.) customer, please contact customerservice@bikini.com and we will help you choose the size/style you need.


- I changed my mind; can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet.  Please contact customerservice@bikini.com as soon as possible so one of our team members may assist you. If your order has been shipped, you still have the option of returning your order within 7 days. 


- I accidentally ordered the wrong size! Can I modify my order?
There's no reason to stress! You can modify your order by contacting customerservice@bikini.com. As long as your order has not been shipped, we will happily make adjustments to your order. 


- I forgot to enter my promotional code when I placed my order. Is it too late to redeem it?
Not at all! Please email customerservice@bikini.com with your order number and promotional code to redeem your offer. We will verify that the offer was valid at time of purchase and then issue you the credit.


- How can I pre-order an item?
Are you obsessed with a sold out bikini? Or interested in being first in line for next season's styles? Many of our items are available for pre-order.  If you do not see a pre-order button on the item(s) page, please contact preorders@bikini.com and we will do our best to obtain the item(s) you desire.


- You are sold out the size/color of an item I love, can I special order it?
We are happy to assist you in getting the suit you love. Please contact customerservice@bikini.com and we'll see what we can do!


- Do you ship internationally?
Yes. If you live outside the US and Canada, please email customerservice@bikini.com for more information.


- Do you ship to multiple addresses?
If you plan to ship to multiple addresses, you have 2 options. You may either do separate transactions for each shipping address or you may email customerservice@bikini.com before you make your purchase with your request. Additional shipping charges may apply should you wish to do it as one transaction.


- I need my order right away. How soon can you ship?
Free Standard shipping will take between 5-8 business days from shipment to delivery. For faster delivery we offer Priority Delivery (2-4 business days), Rush Concierge Overnight (1 business day) or Saturday Delivery Rush Concierge w/ Overnight. For Saturday Delivery Rush Concierge w/ Overnight service, orders must be received before 6pm EST on Friday.


- What time should I make my purchase by in order to be eligible for next day delivery?

In order to wear your new bikini tomorrow, please place your order before 6pm EST Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).  Next day orders placed before 6pm on Friday will arrive Monday. 


- I am purchasing a gift, do you gift wrap? Can I ship it straight to them?
Absolutely! At check out, we offer gift wrap for $5. You can also personalize a note that we will include inside the package.


- How will tax on my order be calculated?
Currently, sales tax is only applied to orders shipped or purchased within Nevada. If you want to calculate your tax before placing an order, you may do so at anytime by visiting your shopping cart page. 


- I am counting the days until I receive my new item! How can I track my order?
Once your item is shipped out, you will be emailed a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your order as its coming. (Please note that some carriers take up to 12 hours to post the status of shipment on their website)


- My body type is __________, is there a specific style you can recommend?
Absolutely! Please visit our Shop By Body Type collections here. We are also happy to offer more specific guidance, simply email styling@bikini.com and one of our stylists will be happy to assist.


- I’m not sure what size I am, how can I determine this before ordering?
Each suit features a size guide provided by the designers to help you determine the fit; however, one of our stylists on staff is always happy to help you figure out what fit would be right for you. Please email styling@bikini.com. We understand how difficult it may be determining your size, so we do offer free exchanges for items that do not fit.


- I need help deciding which items to purchase, do you offer styling advice or personal shopping services?
We love bikinis and would LOVE to help you in any style and size needs. Please email styling@bikini.com and one of our experts will reply with all the help you need!


- I follow Bikini.com on social media and saw a product on it that I must have!  Only problem is that I can't seem to find it anywhere in your shop.  How and where do I purchase it?
