Trainers and BFFS Karena and Katrina (we know, we know) are bikini babes with cheer to spare, and they've spawned a revolution in community-minded workouts, full-scale nutrition programs, and comprehensive group training that keeps those on board motivated, challenged, and shredding calories like it's their job. The program started via YouTube, where K+K, as they're known, would post their beach workouts, which can rack up over a million views. Next came protein powders, DVDs, and a Bravo reality series. Talk about a fitness phenomenon.
