Alternatives To Driving A Vehicle

Get that extra workout by riding a bike, walking or jogging to nearby places. Why drive to the gym to be on a treadmill? 

With the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency advising that more than half of the air pollution in the nation is caused by mobile sources, skipping the drive is a great alternative. 

If walking, running or biking aren’t practical options, then consider ride shares from services like Lyft and Uber to help reduce pollution.

With a huge concern revolving around food safety these days, we encourage you all to spend the extra money on buying organics. This will lower the toxins in our environment by keeping chemicals out of air, water, soil and of course our bodies. 

Eat Less Red Meat

The Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee recently advised us of the new dietary guideline to eat less meat.  The panel has found a deficiency of healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains in our daily diet consumption and are encouraging us to replace red meats with these goodies.
