Time to Climb. Radu sees this aggressive workout as the classic and most complete way to push your body to see what it can do. No fancy machines, just you, a ladder wall and a rope. Start at the bottom, grip the rope, stay as horizontal as possible and climb your way to a stronger body. Plus, Radu adds that this is the number one way to save your life if you are ever caught in a fire, or trying to climb out of someone's window!

step 1:Grip the rope and get horizontal, feet on the ladder wall.
step 2:Climb up slowly - keeping the tension on your stomach.
step 3:Bring the power into the biceps and the triceps. Keep going.
step 4:Leverage yourself all the way to the top, lower yourself down, and do it again!
