| How would you describe yourself?
I’m shy in the beginning, but once you get to know me you’ll find out that I’m a nerdy goofball.
Why do you think you’re a nerdy goofball?
I would consider myself nerdy because school is my number one priority. I’m a senior at Virginia Commonwealth University working on making the dean’s list and graduating with honors. I’m a goofball because I really don’t care what people think about me, I just go with the flow and act goofy.
Tell us about your life as a student.
I’m a senior at Virginia Commonwealth University located in Richmond, Virginia. I’m a Marketing Major; I love being active in clubs and doing my best. I study hard, but I also play hard - school is my number one priority.
What do you like to do for fun?
I like to organize stuff. Tupperware is my best friend. I like to go on bike rides; I even take my little Chihuahua with me. I also like to shop. What girl doesn’t?
Talk about how you like to organize stuff.
I have everything color coordinated in my closet, everything has to be on white hangers, my shirts have to be rolled a certain way, all the labels in my cupboard have to be facing a certain way, the dishes have to be done every single day. I can’t have dirty dishes in my dishwasher.
How would your friends describe you?
My good friends would describe me as one of the guys. I hang out with anyone who is a true genuine friend. People who may not know me, initially might think that I’m a snob just because I’m shy at first glance, but once you get to know me I loosen up and go with the flow.
What are some of your goals?
Once I graduate, I hope to pursue a career in either pharmaceutical sales, advertising, marketing or entrepreneurship.
What were you like as a kid?
I was into dance, jazz, ballet and soccer. I wasn’t really a girly girl. I was actually at one point a tomboy; I caught turtles, had a bowl cut and wore Bugle Boy cut-off shorts, the whole nine yards.
Do you still like to dance?
When I was little I liked to dance at shows, but now I like to go out to clubs with friends and salsa dance, I love that.
