What is my personality like? That’s a tough question. I’m just very real, and I love to be myself. What you see is what you get. I’m very open minded in a very good way. What I mean is that I just live life day by day, I don’t worry too much because life is too short. That’s my phrase, life is too short. I am very normal, very real, very down to earth, not stuck up, I just live my life to the fullest and make the best of it. I give 100%, especially with my career. I love to laugh and I don’t like problems (like anybody does of course!) I like to take things easy. Life is too short so it’s better to be happy than sad.

Where are you from?

I am from Cuba, from the Caribbean island of Cuba. My whole family is in Cuba, I’ve lived here in the U.S. for 10 years. And I enjoy being here because I can do a lot of things for work and my career. Cuba is my beautiful island that’s home for me, but unfortunately I can’t work there because the system isn’t working out for me, especially at this moment. If you haven’t gone to Cuba you have to go. It’s a beautiful natural island, where you’re going to have very happy times, you’re going to dance a lot, you’re going to drink a lot of Cuban mojitos, and you’re going to eat a lot of food and rice and beans and fried plantains. All the fat stuff that I can’t eat, that’s what you eat there. But it’s really good and it has a lot of flavor and the music is outrageous. You listen to it and you just have to get up and dance. You’ll have a very good time if you go to Cuba. You have to check it out.

What are Cuban women like?

Oh! If you go out with a Cuban, you can’t go out with anybody else. I’ll tell you about Cubans. Our country is very warm. It’s very hot weather and since we’re born all we listen to is music all day long, just dancing and the weather is so hot. So because of our characters, Cuban women love to be in control. They love to be pampered and they are just very sweet girls. But they have very bad tempers. Some of them, not all of them. Not including me! It’s just a very strong character, it’s in our blood. We are very nice people because that’s the way the culture is, very rich in what the island brings which is music. And the culture is based in happiness. Everyone is very warm. And Cubans, we talk a lot! We are very fun people. Look at me.

You seem pretty lively.

If you don’t want to be bored, you can call me, because you can’t get bored with me. I talk so much, if I don’t have anything to talk about, then I invent something to talk about.
