Venezuela is one of the most beautiful countries I’ve ever been to. It has a variety of things that everyone can enjoy. On one side it has the ocean and beautiful beaches, it has mountains, deserts, and it even has a piece of the rain forest. It has something for everyone, but I recommend visiting the waterfall known as The Drop of Angel.

Tell us about Latin women and what they’re like.

Latin women are a category of their own; they’re known to be very spontaneous and ambitious. They’re full of passion for their partners, family, and everything they do in life.

Are you athletic? Tell us about what kind of sports you play.

I’m a big fan of sports, I like pretty much every sport, but the one that I participate in is Track and Field. I’ve been part of the Florida International University Track and Field team for about 3 years now. I run the 100 and 200-yard dash, as well as the 4 by 1, which is a relay consisting of four people. I really enjoy it, it keeps my body in shape and keeps me motivated and in a positive state.

Tell us about your personality. How would you describe yourself?

I’m very ambitious, caring and family oriented. I think that everyone has something special within them and I like to find that character in everyone.

What do you like about the beach?

There are many things that I can say that I love about the beach; one of them has to be the water. The water down here in Miami Beach is very nice and cool. There’s nothing better then jumping in the refreshing water on a hot and humid day. I like making sand castles and covering my friends under the sand. I also like the people and the fashion in terms of getting a sense of what bikini to wear.

What is your sense of style with bikinis?

The most important thing about bikinis is the eye-attention that you get if you wear the right bikini with the right colors, it gives you an asset to your body and you can be walking and see a whole bunch of guys who turn around to look – that’s cute. It’s very important to have something that matches your skin tone; also what’s in style now, depending on whether it’s solids or glitter. Most importantly it has to make you feel good and sexy, so when you’re walking down the sand and jumping into the water, you feel like you have the world in the palm of your hand.

What do you do to keep in shape?

I do a lot of cardio at the gym; I usually run about 2-3 miles a day. It’s good because it keeps me healthy and in shape.

What makes the perfect guy?

The perfect guy has to be a guy who takes care of his body, he has to be wearing something very cute, he can’t just be wearing jean shorts, and he has to be wearing a nice sexy bathing suit. Shorts preferably for me. Most importantly the perfect guy has to have a great smile.

What are some tips on how guys can meet girls on the beach?

Let me tell you a little secret about how to talk to girls when you’re at the beach. First of all, do not, for whatever reason just run up and start talking to them. You can give them a subtle look, maybe a wave or a smile. If she returns the smile, then it’s ok to walk up to her and you can just ask her for the time or some sunscreen lotion, but just don’t sit there asking if she has a boyfriend – that comes on the second date.

What is sexy to you?

I think sexy is something that is within everyone. It’s something that makes you feel irresistible to the opposite sex, makes you feel good inside, and makes you feel like you can walk anywhere and have whatever you want. It comes with the way you walk and the way you portray yourself.

Do you feel like you’re sexy?

I think that I’m sexy because of my personality and from other people’s views I might be sexy as well.

What kind of guys do you like?

I like a man that I can sit with and talk to, who’s family oriented, and enjoys spending time with his loved ones. I like a guy who is caring and not afraid to show his affection, because I’m not afraid to show my affection. I want a guy who is able to tell me that he likes me and wants to spend time with me. My guy has to be smart but he also has to be sensitive – if he’s good looking, that’s a bonus. (Laughs)

Tell us about some of your goals. What are you hoping to accomplish?

Right now my goal is to complete my bachelor's degree at FIU. I’m also taking acting classes and one of my goals is to start acting in sitcoms, television shows, and movies. Whatever puts me in front of the camera. I’ve done a play already, it was a big challenge for me because it was all in Spanish and I’ve been living here for so long, but I enjoyed the challenge.

What actors or actresses do you look up to the most?

Selma Hayek, she used to act before in Mexico, one day she decided to move here and to pursue a career in Hollywood and she did it. Just her spirit and her drive, to actually not let anyone dictate her future and not let anyone stop her from reaching her goal.

Do you have any advice about life?

My advice is from a book that I read called The Alchemist; it says that when you’re following your dreams in life, the whole universe will do everything possible to make you achieve your goals. I think that all of you should try doing everything possible to achieve your goals in life, because there’s nothing better or more fulfilling then to actually be doing something that you love and enjoy in life.

What does the word Bikini mean to you?

To me the word Bikini means a sexy piece of clothing that you can wear out in the open and let everyone see the beauty that you have underneath all your clothes, the work that you’ve put through the winter, trying to lose the extra pounds and tone your body.
